My parcel has said it's been in Shanghai for 11 days now, all it's done is it's been sorted. I'm getting concerned, when will it get to me?

Hi I've ordered from china on object and first they gave me the code RS229620085NL which I could track it immediately with postnl and I said that there was a problem because it said that country of destination was of republic korea, but I've ordered it for Italy. They replied that there was a problem and they shipped it to the wrong country and then they gave me the new code RS229681257NL which I can't track with postnl or other website. Can you tell me something more? What should I do?

RP312655180SG is singapore post parcel. singapore post database shows it was shipped on april 1. normally you will get it by end of april.

RS256684859NL is not china post tracking number. It is Dutch Post tracking number.
