status no changing within 3 to 4 weeks is common. if no battery inside, no need worry.

Please someone help me with this two packages:
RI035536412CN - In Customs-Control warehouse
RI192476272CN - Export Customs Scan

Both of them have this status for one month, what is happening with them and where they actually are right now?

Hello,

My parcel looks stuck in Suzhou Customs Control Warehouse. The tracking number is RK090032636CN. The same seller shipped another parcel to me 3 days ago before this one. Do you think this is the problem? The former parcel is about to be delivered to me. But this is in still there. Can you help me please?
