My order with track numberRD470685524CN ordered on september 20th is still in Urumiqui. No changes since october 4th. How much have I to wait to open a dispute? 28 days of parchase protection left...

Urumuqi has big problem. many parcels were lost and rejected there. if you can not get your order within 4 weeks, you should open dispute asap.
