Hello! Im new.

My Tracking Number is RO009257975CN. I had orderd on 3rd October from http://www.oberlo.com to lower Austria.

The first 3 weeks, there was no Tracking Information. Now i got some, but since 4 days, my delivery is on TAC Air...

Can u help me, where my delivery is and when it will arrive? Its Birthday Present..:/

Hi there!

Im not sure if I am on the correct forum but I'm giving it a try. I have purchased something from China almost 2 months ago with tracking number RC366120829HK. The last status update was on the 27th of September 2014, the status changed into "In Transit" from that day there was no change in the status. Is there a way I can get more information about this shipment? The seller keeps telling me the package is still on its way to me but I doubbt that, I think the parcel is lost.

Thank you for the information you can give me on this issue.

My status is:

China post recive the package in 19 october, last month.
I understand that after my last status Export Customs Scan next status will be sent to airlains.
Comme on people, my package has no live China from 19 october.... now is 4 november... so 16 days... and i am not at the last status... it take 14 days more to recive????
What are you doing with package 16 days?
Is very slow... From Singapore post i recive every package in 15 days...
In future, i will not order in any China store who work with China Post...
Please check my package, maybe is lost...
