oh they are both packages (sets) of marker pens. one is china air and the other is epackage one is stuck in nanjing. any way to find out if either one is going to make it to usa?

Hi, can someone tell me whether or not i am likely to receive my item please.
I placed an order on ioffer and it was dispatched over 3 weeks ago, but the tracking has not changed since september 27.
So do you think i will receive this or should i claim a refund?

It is a tablet.

tablet has battery inside, it is NOT allowed by airmail.
