the parcel should be delayed by holiday. wait one more week and track it again in http://track-chinapost.com/, it should have new status then.

Parcel RJ171547305CN to The Netherlands - posted September 4th - has been stuck in Export Customs Scan since September 17th. I am guessing the delay is because of the holiday. Could you tell me where the parcel is now?

f you have not got the parcel , you should open dispute before the buyer protection expires.

EE916834735CN should be delayed in Customs. you can wait one more week and track it again. if still no change of location and status, you have to open dispute .
