this parcel was scanned into heathrow on the 26th September 2014 so we would have expected it to have been delivered shortly afterwards.

RH033294523CN arrive UK on Aug 16. You should contact Royal Mail for parcel detail. If they can not help you, it must be lost and you should open dispute asap.

I am waiting more than a month now for my parcel.
The track and trace says its sent to the airline on 17-08-2014.
When will my parcel arrive?

i believe the item should be some electronics product. it can not pass security check and was returned to Shenzhen.

Pacel One: RD498683086CN => 2014 NULL PEK DE 20140903 0410

When will my parcel arrive?

what's wrong with my parcel? it's stuck for 3 weeks on Export Customs Scan, there's no battery inside, no info in polish post either.
