My order once counted up to 20 days and then increased to 85dena. From then spent 9 days and still can not locate the shipment. Does the seller really sent the order or not.
My track number is RK049122676CN.
Please help.

you can track in track-chinapost.com , if your seller really shipped your goods, it will show location and status within 48hrs of shipment, otherwise it will show china post has not received the parcel

The track and trace says its sent to the airline on 17-08-2014.
When will my parcel arrive?
