Someone explain to me.
My package RI047797980CN is stuck in Export Customs Scan for more than 2 weeks now. Its a small simple package. I dont tking this could be "airline shortage" when my other package RI136914025CN that came later than that to costums scan was sent to airline allready the next day.

Hi. They gave me this tracking number from Aliexpress.com on 23 August but still cannot track my packet. I sent message to the seller and he told me this:

"we have contact post office here, they are now change their system, so it's delayed, sorry, I think you can track it on line soon, sorry"

Still I cant trace my order and I usually receive my orders in 20 days.
Can you help me?

you should track it in http://track-chinapost.com/. If it shows china post has not received the parcel, then it means your seller never shipped your order and you should open a dispute to aliexpress and claim refund.

3 weeks ago I asked the status of RG023391154CN and RG023391145CN. I needed to be a little bit more pattient but nothing changed. How is this possible?

Hi, Could anyone help me?
I ordered a package from China, the tracking number is RL018495602CN the Tracking Slovenian writes but I'm from Slovakia ..
Consignor still sends me a tracking number, and when I pointed out to him that this is not the correct country of Slovenia. (report is due Slovakia)
A consignment've waited long enough .. can anyone tell me what is going on in them, ??

Yes, I have a bad opinion about you in my batch from 2013 are not available yet. Here's the number if you do not receive RB493742114CN would appeal to court

RB493742114CN was delivered by Lebanon post last year. If you have not got it, you should contact Lebanon Post and find who signed the parcel.

RJ159531386CN is in Hangzhou waiting for transit to Shanghai or Beijing.
