I need help with tracking number RT221091872HK from aliexpress , contacted the seller and he said he delivered order but when i want to track it , it said China Post has not received parcel# RT221091872HK

Hi guys! My first time here... Anyway, I have a package coming to Finland, can you guys tell me where it is now? RB097677976CN If I understood it might be in Finland already but I still haven't received it yet. Any idea how long it will take? Been waiting for this over a month now.
