Bought something from ioffer been a week since the seller gave me my tracking number. i can't track it or anything. on the website tracking it says "Seller marked shipped, but the post office has not yet processed the parcel" I did buy something at the same time from a different seller which was posted straight away and i can track it. the one i can't track it is the one "RM690083824CN "

1. After tracking on 3 different sites this is what I get:
Item is not found at this moment

2. Tracking number is a valid number.

3. So definitively the parcel is not in the China Post mail system. You should contact seller and ask him, how many more days till the parcel will be physically mail at China Post. If the answer does not meet your expectation, then just open a dispute and get your money back.

Thanks. I did ask the seller many many times he just won't respond to me. Ioffer asked me for order number but haht replied after giving it. I have disputed but the seller still won't reply. I paid by credit card so I might call bank now

1. Yes your best bet is to call your credit card, seem to me that they are not responding to you.
