Below is what I can find on your shipment:-

This is the only tracking information that I can get. Since 10 days has passed, I would suggest you to contact the seller and asked whether they have actually shipped out the physical items (obviously they have not shipped the orders out).

I could not find any information on this shipment. If it has been 5 - 10 days (after you have received the tracking number), then, I would suggest you to contact the seller and asked whether they have actually shipped out the physical items.
