Hi everyone, I live in Italy and I ordered some goods in China on 5 May 2016, the tracking informations are still blocked on "leaving parcel center to the next seaport/airport" without any informations since 18 May 2016...is this normal?

1. China Post Airmail Parcel Estimate Arrival Time for Italy is 3 to 4 weeks.

2. Since the 10 of May, your parcel tried to get a place on an Aircraft finally it did on the 18 May.

3. If in 7 days you can not track your parcel through Italian Post, then contact seller and ask him to call China Post: 86 20 11185 to find out what append to your parcel.

I contact the seller and he said me That this package when ship out postage Detect may have Dangerous Goods , then let them back , there detect it them back all the bag goods , but now it have ship out , at post Delay time , so is this possible? In this case how late will i recive my goods?

1. It was delay for 7 days so you could wait the 7 days like I said in the other post plus the 7 days delay for not taking the Aircraft. In toyal 14 days more waiting time.

2. The after the 14 days you can contact the seller and tell him you have not receive the parcel. Do not forget that the time the parcel is at Italian Customs this is not counting in your 14 days.

Hi friend i contact the seller and he saw me that china post communicated him that my parcel left out guangzhou on 2 June 2016...today the tracking is still blocked to "leaving guangzhou to the next airport/seaport"
I don't know what to expect from this situation!!
Is it possible that the package is on my way or is it more possible that the package is lost and the seller say me false informations?

1. It could be true what the seller is saying. If you bought on Ali Express just make sure that the Buyer protection is still valid because otherwise you will not be able to open a dispute.

2. If the parcel did not leave:
2016-05-18 23:06:26.0 leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport

and no scanning was done after that, then you can not see the new date (2 June).

1. Normally no, It is a registered parcel. Very seldom those type of parcel are lost. But nobody know what can happen with a parcel (left in a corner, open and article on a floor etc...) If your Buyer protection is still active just wait 1 or 2 weeks more to see if you can track your parcel on Italy Post Office.
