Hi, I made an order and the tracking was working fine until the parcel left China. It's been 36 days since that and I'm not receiving any new tracking status.
The tracking number is RM670323931CN.

it could be delayed in some airport outside china. wait one or two more weeks, it should arrive.

Thanks for your reply, but now the shop is now telling me that the parcel was returned since nobody signed it. The thing is here in Spain you don't need to sign for this kind of parcel and they would have left a note if I wasn't home, also your tracking info and the Spanish tracking info don't say so. Could they be mistaken about the parcel?
