Hi, can somebody give me some more informations?

My parcel is stuck in the Suzhou. Tracking No. RK495169685CN.
Last info from 20th April is "Suzhou Transit Station export security scan". It contains only bike chain.
Is my parcel lost? Or just waiting for something?

I contacted the seller, but he does not respond. Is something what can i do to unstuck my parcel?

Suzhou Exchange Bureau, have been exported to open

2. What does that mean, here is the answer:

My parcel stuck in “Export Security Scan” “Export Customs Scan” for long time, how can I do?

3. Your parcel is stuck at the Suzhou Exchange Bureau exporting facility and will not pass the Security or Customs check. Try again to contact seller, if he does not respond, then open a dispute to get your money back.

Hello,i have a parcel stuck in Suzhou China As Well, Its Been There Since 2nd September 2016. Its last known status was that it left suzhou exchange bureau then nothing more then on... the tracking number is : RK431962645CN

Hello, I'm sorry but I think it's being returned to the seller. You should get in touch with him or open dispute.
