Post parcel still at Guangzhou Airport

My parcel reference number RI827829861CN from my supplier in China has been logged as being at Guangzhou Airport since 14/03/2016.
When can I expect the China Postal and or your customs service to actually put on a plane so that I can receive it.

RI827829861CN seems to have safety issue. It was rejected once in Foshan, then stuck in Guangzhou. No sure why government stop this parcel.

This is not good business practice, and in the UK this would have got the order cancelled with a full refund being requested.
