Post parcel never arrived

Hi

My parcel never arrived to the Netherlands, and was sent mid December. It's tracking code is RU005284074CN. The person who sent it isn't responding anymore, but the code seems legit. If I track it it says it left Guangzhou airport. However if I ask the dutch PostNL they say it never arrived, and that I have to check with you / China Post.

Can you see what the status is and what I can do?
I already paid for customs, so it doesn't seem likely it's held up there...

Dear friend you need to open dispute asap.Your parcel might be lost or coming with seamail.Now you need to open dispute and talk with seller.

How do I do that? The payment was doen through Western Union. Should I dispute it with them?
The tracking code doesn't seem fake right? It looks like he actually mailed something.

if you paid with Western Union, you can not get your money back. Next time you should use paypal or alipay to make payment.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php shows your seller delayed almost one month and just shipped the goods on Feb 27
