Hi my track number is RS211717101CN
It shows no update since 31-08
I also ordered another parcel later and i have received that already! So the first parcel has been lost?

I have contacted the seller and he says: no worries, the parcel won't lost., it's still under transit.
not lost, not being held in custom..
this barely happen, cause this two parcel takes different plane to your country,
that's why causing the arrived time difference.
Pls kindly wait for few more days.,
Your patience and understanding is highly appreciated...

2. The seller is possibly right about the parcel taking different routes or Aircraft to go to Netherlands. As far as I can see your parcel is fine. Normally European country can take up to 3 weeks for delivery.

3. Your parcel is On Route to your country, I would not be surprise if the parcel appears at NL Post this week.
