Post Parcel lost for 14 months now

Dear China Post,

I am really desperate. I sent two parcels in July 2015 from China to Germany.
Until today, more than one year later, still nothing has arrived!!
It only says "Export customs cleared".
Now i understand its surface mail, but still it should only take up to half a year with surface mail, 14 months is deifinitely too long!

The Packets contain my clothes and working material, so i really do need them!
Could you please check back with China Post or the Customs in Shanghai to find out about the whereabouts of the packet?

CP304526909CN

1. You could call China Post (Origin Country - China: 86 20 11185) if you speak Mandarin other then that, your 2 parcel are lost.

To be honest, no, this doesnt help.

I dont mean to be rude, but the only explanation is that they are lost?!

1. If you have a friend in China that Speak Mandarin, they could go to a post Office and ask them to verify the tracking number for you. You could even send to that friend a Power of Attorney for the 2 parcels so China Post can start an investigation.

2. But I might also tell you right now that it's late in the game to start those procedure but you never know.
