Hello guys! I have ordered multiple items from AliExpress and until now I had zero problems. However, lately one of my packages has been sent back and forth from Shangai exchange bureau. The tracking code has been repeating itself multiple times and even though I have already contacted the seller about it, the only answer I received was "please wait, there is no problem with your package".... I don't think this is normal, or at least it has never happened to me before! Previous packages sent with China Registered Air Mail always showed updated status info. The package was sent AFTER Chinese New Year.

Could you please help me?

if it is legal shoes(not pirate brand), it should be ok. the parcel should be waiting for airline space. it will leave china in next one or two weeks.
