Post Package lost for 6 months

Hey out there!

I have been sending two packages thorugh a company in shanghai to germany. This was in June/july last year. The tracking says: "Shanghai Transit Station export customs cleared"
After that i have never heard anything about the packages again... I am awaiting and really needing the things inside, since its all my private stuff like clothes etc...

Here are the tracking numbers:

CP304526890CN

I hope anyone can help me.

your parcels are called surface parcel which transit many countries ports through sea and very very slow. You can not estimate the exact arrival date, maybe half year, maybe one year.

unfortunately you can not speed up your parcel after it is shipped.
