Hello everyone. I need some help. So first of all I ordered a Honda Accord navigation system from Aliexpress seller and it came here to Lithuania. When it arrived and we tried to install to a car it wasn't working. We readed that it's with single climate control and what we needed was Dual climate control navigation system. So we decided to send it back to China. However I have sent it to HK because I made a mistake when writing an adress. Then it came back and I have sent it to right address. So now that package is sitting at CNBJSA for about a month. When I sent to HK it was sended to receiver within a day. Why does it happened?

And here's the new one: CN720745930LT
So what I want to know is why it takes so long to send to a receiver from post office? How can I contact that CNBJSA? Thank you. If you need more information just ask.

Write CN720745930LT here and you will see that it says The item received in the office of exchange in the destination country.

Hmm. I don't get it.. So I will try to contact seller or it's better to contact aliexpress?
