Post Package is nowhere

Hi,

It's been three weeks I've been looking for my package but it is nowhere to be found. The problem was, I wasn't at home when it was delivered and I didn't even move in the house I'm actually in when it happened but anyway, I've asked the people who were there before and they said they never received the parcel.

I've been to the closest post-office, they said they didn't receive it.

I've called the "Courrier Contact" but they only speak Chinese so that was useless.

Then I called Parcel Force Worldwide and they said something like they didn't have any LX- delivery or something so they didn't help either.

The last think tracked by Parcel Force was :

Delivered and signed
China EMS
英国 OX 4

Tracking number : LX975083913CN

It isn't said who signed it so here I am with no package and I have no idea what to do anymore.

2. So according to the tracking they attempted to deliver on:
19/09/16 10:37 DELIVERY ATTEMPTED19/09/16 EAST OXFORD PDO

3. You should go to that PDO East Oxford and ask question about your parcel.
