hi!
i have send the package from croatia to guangzhou. it's in beijing right now since 22.4. which means it hasn't moved for 17 days. it came really fast in beijing,in like few days. please tell me what could possibly go wrong! :(

RC089548365HR has delivery problem. either address is wrong or receiver refuses to get the parcel.

thank you! but i still don't understand how come the package is not going through some other stages,they just received it and it just stopped.
