Hi, can anyone tell me what can I do in relation to my package sent from Aliexpress seller? When I'm checking tracking number since January, 14th is no status changed. Package came to my country but I don't know what is happening. Tracking number is: RI770089905CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php shows the parcel arrived Poland on Jan 14, you should contact Poland Post and inquiry delivery detail.

They told me I must make a complaint in sender :(

I believe Poland Post does not want to help you. If you contact sender, he might not response to you. Even if sender agree to accept your complaint, he also need to contact China Post, and again China post need contact Poland Post to investigate the parcel delivery detail. It might take a couple of months to get result.

I have the same feelings but what can I do? I completely don't understand that someone in Poland can't check it. Package arrived to Poland, they have tracking number and they claim they can do nothing. Complaint can do only sender.
