Post PACKAGE HELD BY CUSTOMS??!

Last week i've ordered a package. It is send by E-Packet. The tracking number is LX986286245CN

Last update it says: "held by customs". What does this mean? I've asked seller and he says it is trough the chinese customs so there is no problem..

What can i do now? Open dispute or just wait?

1. As far as I can track your parcel on different sites, they are all saying the same thing, held by Customs meaning it has not pass the Customs check. Just keep tracking your parcel for any further update.

2. If by next Friday, you don't see any movement on multiple tracking sites, then open a dispute to get your money back.

3. You did the right thing by contacting the seller.
