I had to send back a package. (I bought it on ALiexpress)
Now the seller says the package is in Beijing and no one can help him.

Parcel No.CL611355258DE tracking result
2016-04-04 18:27:00.0 Germany received
2016-04-08 06:18:00.0 arrive Germany DESAHA Transit Station
2016-04-09 06:58:00.0 leaving Frankfurt
2016-04-09 10:42:00.0 Frankfurt export customs cleared
2016-04-14 08:46:48.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs scan
2016-04-15 13:30:27.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )
2016-04-15 13:30:27.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )

Could somebody check it for me, where the package is, and when will arrive to the seller?

1. Ask the seller to contact China Post Hot Line: 86 20 11185, to find out were is the parcel.

2. Ask Germain Post to investigate were is the parcel, last tracking is:
2016-04-15 13:30:27.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )

Tell them that the recipient of the parcel did not received it.
