Hi! my order RK068527886CN is also stuck in urumqi for one month already! would i get my package or is it lost for good?! i can't open dispute any longer, and seller is not answering to me!so it's looks like my money is gone...

f http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was shipped from Urumuqi, you should be careful. many parcels were rejected and lost there. if you can not get it within 4 weeks, open dispute and claim refund.
