Dear CP,

I cannot understand what have happened to my parcel RI580116600CN. The record of 2016-06-05 11:57 claims "Rejected", but 3 minutes later -- "Export (domestic transit)". What does that mean? Was it exported properly or was it returned to a sender?

1. Your parcel did not pass China Post Customs check and is returning to seller.

2. You should contact seller as soon as possible and open a dispute. Your parcel is going back to seller.

3. You can include in the dispute this tracking and everything you feel pertinent to your parcel.
