2. The first parcel RS147019308CN, according to the above tracking your parcel was going forward , then suddenly it came back to Guangzhou and has not pass the Export security check.

3. You should contact seller as soon as possible to let him know that you have not receive the parcel. He might be able to call China Post to find out what is wrong with the parcel. Please give to the seller the above tracking so he understand what you are talking about.

4. For parcel RF391387007CN, your parcel was given to the aircraft crew to load on board but for whatever reason did not make it. Now the parcel is back at Shenzhen and did not pass the Export Security Check.
