Hello,
this is my tracking number 03540165823 and it hasn't received any updates for a month now. Should I start to worry?

1. Last tracking I could find is this:
2016-08-23 17:04
Plan flight plans flight number KA863-CX233, plans to take off 08:25

2. This type of parcel are what it's call China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus. Can be track only in China and normally take from 30 to 60 days before delivery.

3. Your parcel seem to be fine, it's been on the road for 39 days. I guess you still need to wait for it to get clear Italian Customs and then deliver by Italian Post.

Great. I don't think I'll have to wait for long to get clear Customs, it's a very small packet paid 2 euros. Thank you!
