Hello,

the sender has told me that he has shipped the parcel (Tracking ID: RG296170137CN) with China Post on 23/09/2016. But there is no tracking status available?
Can it be that the parcel is still on its way to me without tracking since 23/09/2016?

1. It can take up to 10 days for a parcel to be register into the China Post system. If after 10 days you still can not track your parcel, then contact seller and ask him if he did physically mail the parcel.

Thanks for your reply. Do you know if it can be that the parcel is still on its way to me and only the tracking is delayed? Physically mail was on 23/09/2016.

1. You will know the answer when the tracking will start. Even if seller is telling you that he has the tracking number and the parcel is sent, sometime that is not true or sometime it might be true.

2. Seller apply electronically for tracking number through China Post and as soon as they got them they transfer that number to the seller. But this does no mean the parcel has been receive by China Post. That is why we ask for that 10 days waiting period before the parcel can be track.

That means the parcel is on an airplane to Germany now or do i have to wait for the status "Beijing departure"?

1. Sometimes you will see "Beijing departure" but most of the time not. Your parcel is On Route to Germany according to this tracking:
