Hello,

After reading by curiosity some of the post on the forum, I decide to ask you guys informations about one of my parcel RS215691373CN.

Bought and sent one week ago, I noticed this morning on the tracking page that it says it arrived twice at Guangzhou the 9th and 11th Sept., but after checking on the "track china post to France" page it says something like it had reached french airport the 7th Sept.
Has it been sent back to china? Or is it on its way to Reunion Island?

I will be very thankful for your help,

UPDATE: Nevermind I think I got it. If after my researches I've understood well enough, it's been trying to send it from the Guangzhou Airport to France since the 7th but it maybe have not been sent already due to its priority. Please correct me if I'm wrong. 😛

Trying to give you answers when I can get it. :p

1. It could be 2 things, first one being that the parcel is trying to make it on a Flight to France but there is no room for the mail Bag on the Aircraft.

2. And the other being, more security check on the mail bags departing Guangzhou Airfield. To be sure that the parcel departed China you need to track the parcel for at least 10 to 15 more days and if you don't see anymore tracking, then there is a good chance that the parcel has departed China to France.
