2. For the tracking:

Possibly they mean it was deliver to the Turkey Post not to you.

3. Then the Turkey Post will have to give it to the Customs Office to be clear and after that it will be back in their hands for delivery to you.

1. I doubt that Turkey Post answer you because the parcel is not a register parcel. Like I said earlier now your parcel is just like a normal letter and will be deliver just like that.

1. Like I said earlier your parcel is what is call China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus, can only be track in China and can take from 30 to 60 days to be deliver. It's not a Register parcel so you won't signed for it when it arrive in your country.

2. In you case the parcel was given to a local courier/transport company to bring the parcel up to your country, then your country National Mail system is taking charge of the parcel and deliver it to you.
