Post need help with my shipment!!

My pacage has been stuck in transit for a long time. Can somebody help me get it moving again??
The adress could be wrong. But if it just arrived in my country i can get local mail service to send it the right way.
Please help..

2. I'm sure your parcel is still in China. Either your parcel did not pass the Export Customs check or is still traveling inside China (lost or misplace).

3. May I suggest your look at this:

What is the status of “Export Customs Scan” ? How long it will take?

4. May I suggest you contact your seller and tell him your parcel did not depart China and provide him with the above tracking so he understand what you are talking about.

Is there no way to get an statement or explanation on this from the carrier or exports responsible?

1. The carrier is China Post if you speak Mandarin you can call them China Post Hot Line: 86 20 11185

2. Or you contact your seller, he is the one that sent your parcel. In worst case scenario if you can open a dispute.
