Post my order has been frozen ?

I've just received this mail from aliexpress : Dear sir
You order is currently frozen, due to the sellers suspicious trading activities.
We have suspended this seller’s account because we have detected unsafe trading activities. We have therefore requested the seller to provide sufficient evidence, such as shipping documents and certificates which they must provide within 3 business days (not calendar days).

If the seller fails to provide any evidence within 3 business days, we will issue you with a full refund. In the event the seller does provide evidence, it could take about 15 business days for the case to be resolved.

We apologize for this inconvenience. At AliExpress, we are committed and always taking steps in improving our customers shopping experience and to the protection of both the buyer’s and seller’s interests.

Your understanding and cooperation are highly appreciated.

Well this is good for you that AliExpress froze your order before the seller scams you.
Many people must've reported the seller and AliExpress suspended the store so I don't think you can open a dispute and you shouldn't worry, you'll get refunded eventually after the process is done.
PS: Stay away from sellers with low numbers of feedback. Always read the reviews of the store not just the item you want to purchase.

Thank you for the reply Evilwitch , The thing is how can they scam you if aliexpress doesn't release the your cash to them until a item is received ?
Is it that the scammer is hoping you don't open a dispute in time before your buyer protection runsout and the cash automatically goes to the scammer ?
I am curious about this .
I was aware that I was taking a chance with this seller but I knew my cash was protected , am I missing antthing ?

Yeah most sellers count on people who aren't aware of the risk they are taking.
You can't imagine the number of people who got scammed, it's not that they are stupid; although some of them are; but most people are new the website and they don't know how the purchase process work. Also some people forget to check if the purchase protection is going to end especially that the free shipping is 15-60 days so some people won't be checking every now and then until they forget.
And let me tell you something that will definitely makes you regret to take risks with low feedback sellers. Sellers can send you an empty package or a package that is filled with dirt that weights the same as the product you ordered. When this happen and you open a dispute, the seller will definitely win the dispute because he/she will have a legit proof that they sent a package lol

By the way, I know someone who ordered a camera from AliExpress and he got an empty box instead.

Oh ok so stay away from sellers with no feedback :) I don't fancy buying dirt haha ... so will I just leave things to aliexpress to sort out my refund ?

Yup.
But check every 5 days what happens and see how things are going until you get refunded.

PS: Don't just look at the rating %, check the number of sales by viewing how many positive feedback the store have. Some sellers make up their own feedback.

I placed an order one month ago but still I didn't get my product. Now my order is frozen so what can I do now unable to contact the seller too

open dispute to ebay/aliexpress.
