I Don't see any problem with your parcel so far.
What was the delivery time frame for your parcel?

The last tracking is showing this:
2016-04-14 13:55
Shenzhen, left Shenzhen to London's Heathrow airport hub

So either it has left physically Shenzhen or his trying to get a flight.
It could have arrive in UK and it waiting to get clear by UK Customs.

Maybe you could Phone UK Postal Service to find out more about your parcel.

base on my experience, the parcel should have arrived UK customs. I suggest you wait one more week, the parcel should be delivered then.
