RS085537897CN seems to be lost in China.

Please, help me: where is my parcel? Why not yet arrived in Italt?

2. Your parcel is in transit to your country Italy. May I suggest you read this:

3. As far as I can see there is no problem with your parcel. Your parcel was mail on the 20 Aug.
