1. I track the parcel for you and I come to the same conclusion, the parcel has not move since it was receive by China Post on the 30 Aug.

2. May I suggest you contact seller as soon as possible to tell him the situation about the parcel. He might be able to call China Post EMS to find out what is going on with your parcel.

3. The only thing that come in mind, last week EMS tracking had problem with their system and it was suppose to be fixed, maybe it's not really fix.
