I AM SENDER OF THIS PACKET RI097435440BG ITS SMALL PACKET FROM BULGARIA ,THE SYSTEM SHOW ME: Import Security Scan Guangzhou 20141008 1453, CAN YOU TELL ME WHY STILL IS NOT DELIVERY? I WOULD BE HAPPY. I AM WAITING YOUR ANSWER IN MY QUESTION,

I need help on my issue, I have problem with shipment, is it stuck because security problems or something else? Should I ask for refund ?

CP039845493TH is now in the hand of China Post Guangzhou office. ask receiver to call hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel.

Am a receiver and my family sent them from Thailand to mongolia and why they still in china .Have you got contact number I will call you directly to check

if it is going to Mongolia, it will stay in china for a couple of weeks and then transfer to destination country. now is rush season, shipping space is tight. china post will give china parcel highest priority.

the parcel arrived Guangzhou last month. It should have some delivery problem. ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel asap.
