your parcel can not pass security check and will be returned to shipper. you should open a dispute and claim money back asap. check F.A.Q "HOW TO CLAIM MONEY BACK" article.

I AM SENDER OF THIS PACKET RE317874978GR ITS SMALL PACKET ABOUT 1.4KG AND GOING TO SHENZHEN FROM GREECE ,THE SYSTEM CAN SHOW ME THAT ARRIVED IN BEIJING AT 6 FEB 2014 BUT STILL NOW IS THERE, CAN YOU TELL ME WHY AND WHAT SOLUTION HAVE IF HAVE ANY PROBLEM? hi i purchased a item in aliexpress on 16/02/14
but not received .......the last update in tracking shows IMPORT SECURITY SCAN ....Plz advice what to do?

you should open a non-receipt dispute with aliexpress and claim money back asap.

we only know the parcel can not pass customs check in India and was returned to Guangzhou. Not sure why India customs reject this parcel.
