Hi,

I sent an item, from Portugal, that i bought from a chinese site, because it's malfunctioning.
It's on warranty period, so i've returned it to the company seller.
From Last 5th February the tracking shows:

China Post Tracking Results
Year Status Location Destination Country Date
2014 Import Customs Scan Beijing 20140205 0859
2014 Import Security Scan Beijing 20140205 1456

Any preview when it will be released from customs?

It might take about 3 to 10 days to finish import customs clearance.

Ok, and after that, i can continue to follow the tracking, until delivered in shenzhen city, right?

Todays, 11th february and still on same status. The company seller doesn't start warranty process until gets the malfunctioning I've send.
Any preview when it will be delivered (RD357399022PT) ?

Sometimes China Post does not change status even the parcel has been delivered to recipient.

It was sended on registered mail to get more security!
Beautiful! The seller doesn't send me a new product because says don't received the bad one and I don't have how to ask them because the tracking is not accurate!
There is any chance of confirming if this package has been delivered already?

you simply open a dispute to paypal and leave a negative feedback on the seller. then the seller will give you a better solution than your imagination.

Yes, it could be a solution if I've paid with Paypal and could give any feedback!
But there's no chance of confirming where the packet is?
I sended it with registered mail!
There is any chance being on customs procedures yet?
