Post Issues with tracking number

Hello China-Post community,
I have ordered a pair of shoes from a website called ioffer, i was very unpatient and i needed the shoes fastly so i didnt read any reviews about the website.

Anyways, i ordered the shoes on march 25, they shipped my shoes on may 04, the tracker was alive for 7 days then it just went blank and doesnt update anymore info,
My tracking num. is RH323981256CN, the destination is Lithuania.
Can anyone please explain, whats going on, can this be a scam, and when should i expect the shoes?

1. Last tracking I got is this:
2016-05-10 17:11:00.0 Beijing departure

2. China Post Airmail Parcel Estimate Arrival Time for your country Lithuania is 2.5 to 6 weeks.

3. Have you call Lithuania Post:
Destination Country - Lithuania: (370) 8 700 55400
or here: Call centre: +370 5 233 3060
or this site to send an E Mail:
http://www.post.lt/en/contacts/contact-us

4 Also you could contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel. Ask him to contact China Post: 11185, to find out about your parcel.

5. It could also be at the Lithuania Customs Office getting clear by them?
