Post Issues with my tracking

Hello

I have some issues with my tracking number since it doesn't show me any updates. I received another one, which was sent to the same time already 2 weeks ago and now I am concerned that my parcel might been lost somewhere. Also I wonder about tracking in general. It never showed me on the other parcel that it has already arrived in destination country (germany) and was not track able here as well.However I feel a little concern that I can't track it properly and afraid that it might been lost somewhere because the other one already arrived. I guess it might be a small parcel with babydresses. Does that bigger size take longer to come over? The other one was just a pair of shoes.

1. First of all, it seems to me that a lot of Germain parcel are not delivering in the China Post Airmail Parcel Estimate Arrival Time which is 2.5 to 3 weeks.

2. I have also read on Internet in other sites, that Germain Post/ DHL Packet sometimes does not track parcel from China.

3. That said, your parcel full tracking is this:
Parcel No.RS015991409CN tracking result
2016-05-08 02:30:57.0 parcel center received
2016-05-08 05:09:07.0 parcel center customs scan
2016-05-08 05:39:38.0 leaving parcel center ，next station Shenzhen center
2016-05-08 05:55:16.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export security scan
2016-05-08 09:13:57.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export customs cleared

3. Since you have pass the 3 weeks deadline, maybe it's time to contact seller to tell him that you have not receive your parcel. Ask him to contact China Post: 11185, to find out where is your parcel. Please provide him with the full tracking above.

4 It might also be the Germain customs slow to process parcel from China.
