1. First your parcel is not going by Sea but by Airmail.

This sis China telling your country Post Office electronically that there is a parcel going is way.
3. If you don't see any tracking for your parcel it means that your parcel was not scan by anybody but this does not mean that the parcel is not traveling to your country.
4. Now your parcel need only to be scan by your National Post Office when it arrive or when they have time to do it.
5. Next time why don't you give us the tracking number, it will be much easier for us to give you some info. I think I answer all your questions. Oh and by the way, it not because you receive one parcel, that the other parcel should be the same thing.
