can you please tell me if this is a real tracknumber?

China Post Registered Air Mail RS001209064CN
i can't track it.
according to seller it is shipped on 7/5/2016

1. Tracking number RS001209064CN is a valid number.
2. I have track your number on 3 different sites and this is what I get:
Item is not found at this moment
3. You should tell seller that tracking number is not on China Post tracking system, maybe he gave you the wrong tracking number or parcel is not physically mail yet.
