Hello,

My parcel to Poland should take maximum 16 days since it left China.
And it was sent from Shanghai on 30.07.2016
<Package sent 2016-07-30 14:39 SHANGHAI>.
I can't track it in Poland with this number RA017553895CN.
Does it meat my parcel is lost?

Hej,
You can track it on Poczta Polska but there is not a lot of details available in tracking record. I checked a number of websites and your parcel seems to be electronically stuck after it left China. As we do not know if your parcel really left the Shanghai airport (there are the cases when the parcels were returned from the airport for security reason) try to contact the seller so he/she call China Post to check it out. If your parcel left the airport maybe it's stuck at Polish customs (?) Contact Poczta Polska and ask about your parcel. Did you order previously in China? If yes, how long it usually take for you? I ask cause as you might know the time arrival from China can be a tricky thing even for two parcels sent at the same time to the same destination...

well, I ordered about 20 things in China and 15 were shipped by China Post and they came after 15-20 days after seller shipped. Now I'm waiting more than month. RF303604030CN

Hi,
You have to wait up to 10 days after got your tracking number so you could find your parcel in system.

Hi,
You have to wait up to 10 days after got your tracking number so you could find your parcel in system. If after this time you will not be able to track your parcel contact the seller/sender so he/she call China Post.
