Hi. I bought somthing in Aliexpress. Seller sent my purchase 12 days ago by China Post Registered Air Mail. I still cant track my package. Is it lost? Here is tracking number RI525841133CN

Seller gave you a fake tracking number.

If the order value is low (under $10), they offer free shipping but only via standard mail (without tracking)
ask your seller or open a dispute as the tracking information is fake

I paid more than 20$ for this package. Seller told me that this package is lost and he will sent me new item tomorrow. But can you tell me the first parcel should arive to me?

the "first parcel" is fake, your seller never shipped this parcel.

Are you 100% sure? Why the seller ships fake parcel, if now he promise to send me package again?

if your seller really shipped the parcel, it will have tracking result no matter it is lost or not later.
