Hello guys,

RF339413876CN

since 12/09 stucked "Shanghai Pudong, left"
is it still in China or really left to destination ?

i mailed to our postal service, they said postage is still in china and havent come yet.

15 days shipping by air ? is it normal ? 😮

1. I don't see any problem with your parcel, the last tracking is this:
2016-09-12 11:12 Shanghai Pudong, left

2. Maybe Turkey post and Customs did not get to your parcel yet, meaning they did not scan it as arriving in your country.

Thank you friend, as i understand my parcel is already in Turkey and they didnt check the parcel..

But i am a little confused about something;

Gearbest also send parcels from China with Netherlands post (directly send in china not in europe), i receive in 10 days.
But if the Aliexpress sellers send in China with chinapost i receive in 30-40 days.
Origin is same but delay is minimum 20 days..

1. NL Post in China, your parcel is going to Netherlands before going to Turkey. Possibly NL Post has some Aircraft transporting goods directly to Netherlands.

2. Registered China Post Airmail, may I suggest you read this:

I can fly to China in 24 hours! Why does a package take weeks?

3. Also note that the Register parcel from China Post is scan in most of each place and that is taking time. Plus the fact of flights to you country and room availability for the Airbag. All those taken into consideration and the thousand if not millions of parcels getting out of China could possibly cause the longer wait for your parcel.
