seller did not ship the parcel when he gave you the number. You should ask him what is the REAL shipment date. Tell him that you can verify the shipment date from china post tracking website, if he gave you fake shipping information, you will open dispute against him.

I just wanted to check my item RC516642828CN.
It is in Customs-Control warehouse since 29/04/2014.
Is there a problem, or it's just a delay?

if no battery inside your parcel, it should be delay.

Hello,
I have the same problem with the item RC551764289CN.When I track this number, iIt apears to be in Customs-Control warehouse, since 29/04/2014.
On the aliexpress site it says ”Departure from outward office of exchange on 03/05/2014”. I don't know what to do. Can you help me to find what is happening? It is just a pair of sneakers. No battery...

if your parcel has no battery inside, it should just be delayed, no other problem. just wait one more week and see what happens.

Could you please track the following packages? I had requested them to be shipped to Barbados in the Caribbean but to this date there is no tracking information available via the china post air mail tracking website.

track here:http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php. if it shows china post has not received the parcel, that means seller did not ship you goods. you should ask seller what is the REAL shipment date and REAL tracking number.

Hello,
My order RC551764289CN has the same status of 'In Customs-Control warehouse' for more than a month (from 03/05/2014). I understand that china post is experiencing some delay. What worries me, is that the time for obtaining a refund ends soon. If only I could know if it's just a matter of logistics and not a rejection of the order (which consists of a pair of sneakers) I’ll wait silently arrival the order. Please, give me a tip to know how to do next.
